Penia Shards to become CEO of Penia Corp

A hostile takeover has been achieved by Penia Shards. He originally joined Penia Corp in 1982 because of a similar name. He then worked his way up to the head of accounting. He executed the hostile takeover by
threatening to leak sensitive information about Spaghett to the media.
Spaghett reluctantly gave up his seat to Penia.
