Question: Is My Myousic really free?
Answer: Yes. It's as simple as that.
Question: Do I need to download software for My Myousic to work?
Answer: No. All of our software is web-based, meaning you don't have to download any programs for My Myousic to work on your phone.
Question: How old do I have to be to sign up?
Answer: At least twelve (12) years old.
Question: What do I do if I lost my password?
Answer: Simply follow the "forgot password" instructions.
Question: Can I request songs to be added to My Myousic?
Answer: Of Course! We encourage individuals to contact us with songs they want listed on our site.
Question: How many profiles can I have?
Answer: You may only have one profile but you can have up to 12 playlists at one time. You may update your profile by adding or deleting music you do or don't want. You may also select any playlist you want to hear (including what others are listening to).
Question: What inspired My Myousic?
Answer: Being put on hold can be pretty annoying especially when you have to listen to the music that company has chosen for you. The only thing about it is that you get to "deal with it" until the next available representative answers your call. Is that a good enough answer for you? : )
